Interview
Phone interview with HR, about 25 minutes. Office interviews with managers and partners. Each interview was about 30 minutes. Make sure you have questions to ask the managers during office interview. That would create conversations instead of just ask/ answer. Preparation is key. This line of work asks for detail-oriented and thourough. The more you deliver what is asked, the better chance you have on an offer. Results are back fairly quick.

Completed a phone screening consisting of tell me about yourself, weakness/strength, why are you interested in the firm and accounting. Got set up with 2nd interview via teams with 2 other recruiters. All were very friendly and engaging. Seem like they were actually interested in getting to know you and gave feedback and their own personal experiences.
