I was employed by a staffing agency to work at CLEAResult. I gave an elaborate interview at staffing agency before I joined. It went goof. Next day I get a call for an opportunity to work here. There was no immediate interview with CLEAResult. But after 2-3 weeks, I was interviewed or rather a formal discussion it was with the "Sr. Director, Compensation, Benefits & HR Sys", my manager's boss. It went good for around 30 min. Later after another 2 weeks I was interviewed by the CHRO. Again it was too good and finally I am continuing till date. In all, had 3 rounds of interviews.
