A couple rounds of online interviews. I believe I interviewed with 3 sets of people with only 2 on screen at most. mostly interested in experience with excel, and culture fit.

Interview
I interviewed for the Junior Energy Engineer position. Overall, a great experience. First, you answer a behavioral questionnaire, then you take an aptitude test, which was very simple compared to other ones I've taken. The recruiter was very friendly, asked about salary expectations, and provided lots of information about the company. You then move on to an interview with an engineering manager, where you are mainly judged on your answers to behavioral questions. In the end, my career goals did not align with the position, but I enjoyed the experience. This seems like a great company.
