I applied online. I interviewed at CNA Corporation
Interview
Standard interview with basic behavioral and a few substantive questions. Nothing particularly tricky or unexpected. Be prepared to explain why you want to work there and what you will add to the team.
Terrible HR department, the experience actually made me not want to work at CNA in the future. It was a three hour interview where every single department asks you nearly the same questions and you have to go out of your way to paraphrase your answers. The interview process felt like a waste of time and their lack of transparency after the interview made it worse. If you want me to be more specific, HR was so careless with candidates that I was sent an interview invitation with the name of another candidate who was also interviewed despite the fact I had indeed been selected for an interview.
