I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CNA (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2015
Interview
Went through an initial phone interview and then a second round back-to-back interview at the on-site location. Was asked all behavioral questions and resume review. Overall, interview was easy and seemed basic.
got a case and some behavioral questions, talked to 3 employees of all levels (newer to more senior) over zoom calls spanning around two hours, very nice people and quick turnarounds
Just ask several tech questions like Java basics, code reviewing, and your git basic. you need to have solid data structure knowledge. and previous web application development experience. Having knowledge on docker will help.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CNA in Oct 2017
Interview
Two days after applying online, I got an email asking general questions like why you want to work here, describe a relevant project. Then, two weeks later, I got phone interivew. Two interviewers, one for 30 minutes. The questons are still very general, almost about personal experience.
