Interview
The interviews were great and so were the people. However, the sticking point ended up being things that were fully addressed prior to the in-person so the interview should not have taken place if these things were going to be an issue. Also, not very responsive during the process. They could have been much more prompt and professional.

Interview
Met with Claims a Director and a Claims Consultant. I briefly met the Vice President of Claims but he did not ask me any questions. After that I received an offer pretty quickly.
