I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CNA (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was invited to an online interview. The process was pretty streamlined and user-friendly. You were allowed time to review the questions and you were allowed unlimited recordings before you uploaded your answer. There were also questions where you were allowed to type your response, and upload different documents. The only con was that you were limited to 2 minutes on your responses, so you had to compose your answer with that in mind. There was a clock available to show you how long you had, that was helpful.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CNA
Interview
Disorganized and inefficient. Recruiter took over a week + a follow up email to reply to set up an initial phone call, and then 2 days before our call I received an automated rejection email and nothing else.
