this was the CRazY worST experience i hAve ever been through. 3 1st round interviews. they Liked me and i Got to 2nd roUND. 2 moRe interviews. after that, i requested updates several times over the course of a month and didn't hear back. the job was re-posted after about a month. these people are horrible and do not care about candidate's time. the recruiting team do not care about anybody except themselves and people at the companY. do not interview here! it seems like terrible people working in a terrible culture.

Interviewed three times with the business partners and three times with the IT partners. Several full days (pre pandemic). Mostly situational interviews. Recommend preparing to understand the life cycle of insurance products. Recommend knowing how your part fits within the life cycle. Recommend explore the why a business unit functions in a certain way. CNA can always cut expenses to improve the ratio.
