Trash. I went through several interviews when I was told there would only be three interviews in a day. If they can notify you that they'd like to move you along in the process, but can't even tell you if you were rejected or not. The last person I interviewed with was shocked I had even interviewed that many times. It made me wonder if I had already been rejected by the third interview but instead of them telling me that, they kept interviewing me instead. By the way, they don't seem to have a favorable opinion of their outsourced developer teams.
