I had three interviews — one with a recruiter, one with the sales director, and one with the senior sales director. The first two went well and were conversational, but the third interview was disappointing. The interviewer came across as dismissive and uninterested, cutting me off several times and giving the impression that he had already made up his mind before the interview began. Despite being well-qualified for the position, I didn’t receive any follow-up after the final round. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left a poor impression of the company’s leadership.
