I had to constantly reach out the recruiter in the beginning to tell them I was a perfect fit. Eventually my persistence led to multiple phone interviews with the hiring manager. From there, I was flown out to their Florida HQ for an onsite interview and case study. 3/5 of my interviews were virtual, and one was a no show, and my case study was rescheduled. Even then I stuck with it, and was verbally offered the job a week later. Only to find out even though I was the “ unanimous choice”, they were actually taking the role down and reposting it at a manager level or higher. So to recap- poor recruiter experience, flown to Florida for less than 24 hours to interview over teams with 80% of my scheduled interviews, offered the job, offer taken away.
