The recruiter and phone interviews were standard and professional. However, the in person interview with the manager was totally unprofessional and probably the weirdest interview I have ever attended (and I have been to a lot). The manager asked nothing in terms of what my previous and current job entailed and instead asked me odd questions. When I closed him at the end he said that he didn’t see where I had the experience or success for this role (again he never asked what I did in my previous roles) although I have 6 years in med device sales which is clearly written on my resume in front of him and includes p club awards. He also at one point talked negatively about a current employee. If this is a good representation of the company I would want no part of it and suggest anyone thinking of interviewing to RUN!
