The first interview was a face to face, described as the opportunity to get to know the immediate managers and fer them to ascertain whether they think they could work with you, vice versa. Very little interviewing technique was involved to demonstrate my qualities, it wasn't as easy to jump in and ask questions in excess and to bring them back to me. It was a shame because i was interested in the role and Conmed too.
I felt there was great passion for the company and clearly as outgoing as i was inwas not the right fit, very much a shame. The predesessor had moved on to a competitor so i think they needed an amazing candidate with all the existing clients already in thier bag.

Thorough but fair. Phone screening with a recruiter, then with a regional director, area director and a few local territory managers. They were all casual conversations and not intimidating. Very manageable as long as you prepare. Research the company products and mission.
