I applied online. I interviewed at CORA Physical Therapy in Oct 2020
Interview
Had 3 interviews, 1 over the phone and 2 in person. I thought they went exceptionally well. I never received a call so I left a voice message asking for someone to get back to me and never received a call back. I felt it slightly unprofessional to not at least call or email and let me know they are continuing on with other applicants, especially since I am very qualified and left the interviews feeling positive. If you have an entire dept dedicated to hiring and training, that should be apart of the process.

Easy process. For a phone interview within a couple of weeks of applying. They brought me in to the clinic to have an interview and meet staff. Got the official job approval a day or two after that.

I interviewed at CORA Physical Therapy (Palm Springs, FL)
Interview
Didn't go through the entire process but you begin with a video call and if you have a successful screen then you'll have a second interview. It was very quick to get scheduled and was a simple process, which was a pleasant difference from how the market is nowadays. It was more of a conversation than being peppered with questions.
