The manager was 15 minutes late for the interview, kept me for 2.5 hours asking the same questions over and over, took me on a tour of the facility, and explained all the functions of the job. I was late for another interview scheduled the same day because of it. And emailed me back to say that I wasn't even considered for a second interview despite him glorifying me during the interview process and excited that I possessed all the skills necessary for the position.
