I applied online, after that I haf phone interview with one of the manager. It took about 25 - 30 minutes. In the same day I was invited to attend a interview in one of the stores. Was interviewed by two shop managers, very positive attitude from both girls. Mostly we talked about my prevoius experience, expectations, KPI's, how i handled different kind of situations before. Really enjoyed this interview - professional, positive and with a little sense of humor. No pressure.
