During the interview process, I was introduced to the manager, and shift supervisor. I started out with a phone interveiw, that led up to two in-person interveiws. The interveiwer started off with describing in full detail of what the job position consists of, and the overall rundown of the company. We discussed company benefits, overtime, and policies.
