Name 3 words that your employer or your friends would use to describe you
The interview process began with an email asking me do a canned, video question/answer portion. Regardless of any company or job...it is slightly awkward but it really wasn't terrible. Just weird for people not used to staring at your own computer camera/self. I was pleasantly surprised that each person I met with following this process actually watched the videos. This shows me they really do care about their culture and wanting people who will work well within their organization. The rest of the process went quite fast and each person was sincere, professional and followed up exactly as promised. It was actually an enjoyable process.
