It took some time and a number of interviews. Everyone was nice and friendly during the process. The interview was based on examples of things you have done in the past. The plant was clean and looked well maintained.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CPI Card Group (Fort Wayne, IN) in Feb 2025
Interview
Multiple Stage interview process over the course of a couple weeks, with clear feedback at each stage via Text messages ( if you opt in) and emails. There was an initial phone screen, on-site interview, and a follow up interview.

Interview
For the production supervisor role, it consisted of an initial phone screen then moved on to an in-person interview if you are what they are looking for. After the in-person interview, you may be asked to come back for a second round in-person interview. This whole process took me about one week and a half, then another week for an offer.
