CPI Card Group interview questions

There was several months between the time I had applied on line and the first interview. Either they found someone and it didn't work out or other tasks took a higher priority. First there was a phone interview, then had 2 in person interviews with HR, Supervisor and Operations Manager. Found some of their questions challenging because the responsibilities were more in align with a Supervisor, not a team leader. Asked about my past experience and how I handled myself in a secured environment

I scheduled a phone interview for 3:30 one afternoon. Fifteen minutes before the interview I received an email that the interview would have to be postponed. I scheduled another phone interview, which took place and seemed to go at least reasonably well. I was told they would set up an in-person interview for early the next week. I never heard from them. Several weeks later I received an email that I was not the right fit for the job.
