I want to start off with mentioning that the recruiter I talked to is very incompetent. She didn’t know what questions to ask and verbally offered me a job and then ghosted me for weeks to finally tell me that they will not hire me. The team I interviewed with was really understanding and I was looking forward to working with them.
I reached out to one of the employees and my resume was forwarded to the recruiter. The next steps were prompt and I interviewed with the recruiter who the set up another interview with the team members. Then there was a final interview with the team lead and some other team members.
