Applied for position and then received an e mail from the recruiter. I provided my availability to the recruiter and didn't here anything from them so had to follow up. I was moved onto the hiring manager and I think this interview went well. I was progressed to one of the VP's of Sales and Director of Customer Success. I thought I had a good meeting and was waiting for feedback when I received a message that the position was on hold because of budget and they would know in the next few weeks if this position was going to be funded again. One big waste of time seems like it should have been established before they ever started interviewing for the role that there was budget for it. However, I guess this is probably pretty common in today's job market. Sad, but common
