I was referred in and had a phone screening followed by 2 assessments online, then a interview at the site. I waited one week and a half to get an update. I will try even better next time. I love Critical Start and I will not give up.

For the first round the HR was friendly and supportive. First round which was situation based full of 7-8 questions. Post that interview have tried to connect with the HR but recieved cold responses. No feedback/review No calls answers None of the emails were replied. I don't know what's the issues with the ghosting, if the candidate doesn't meet your requirements and expectation just let them know. Worst experience ever,
