Sat in the interview for an hour and 10minutes listening to the manger about the company without him giving me any eye contact not one glimpse at me.i had my degrees and other certificates with me which he never asked about which in my bi-folder in my hands at all time.i notice there were no African-Americans that work there ,I guess this may have been my problem
