I had a friend who formerly worked for CRST who had reached out to her former supervisor regarding the opening the had for DM. The next day I was contacted by a recruiter and had a phone interview. Two days later I had my first interview with two operations mangers, and three days after that I had my second interview with the senior leadership team. Both interviews were brief, direct, and informative. I started the week after my second interview. I think it was a very smooth onboarding process. Two thumbs up!

Interview
Prompt response from an HR representative about my application. After reviewing my resume it was suggested I apply for a different position than I had applied for. Brief preliminary phone interview followed by a 3 part in-person interview. First with 2 operations managers, then shadowed a driver manager for half an hour, then an interview with a director of operations. Job offer followed 48 hours after interview. Took a drug screen that day and started the following week.
