Corporate recruiter called me for initial phone interview a couple of days after application. Explained the position I originally applied for was filled, but informed of other options. I expressed interest in the Rental Coordinator position. Offered me an in person interview. I came in later that week for an in person interview, which was with the direct manager for the position. Then interview lasted 1.5 hrs and was extremely helpful with giving the characteristics of someone who would be successful in the position. I was informed that they would be doing second interviews and that if I was selected, I would hear back. Was called the next morning to schedule the second interview. Scheduled for the following Friday and met with three additional men - two from the dept I would work with and another director. After the group interview, I shadowed the person in the current position for a while, and finally ended back with the direct manager again for the end of the interview. I came with a list of questions and asked them throughout the group and individual second interview and no one had trouble answering them for me. I was then called later that afternoon to be offered the position. The recruiter had no problem letting me think accepting the position over for the weekend.
