Interview
Seemed to be a bit long & drawn out. Driver recruiter was rude. Never responded to my emails about concerns or questions, and was short and rude with me when I balked about when I might be ready to start.
This process has been a big deal for me with a lot of stress. The recruiter that was assigned to me added more stress by the way she talked to me.
Ultimately because of her I chose a different company that offered the same opportunity for the same money, but they spoke to me like I was a person who was making a major life decision...not someone that was trying to get a job driving a forklift.
The decision to train to become an OTR Truck Driver is a major decision for a guy with a family. A little more compassion would’ve gone a long way with me.
My recruiter was rude, acted like she did me a favor, and in the end she was my impression of the company...so basically if she’s speaking to me like that...how is everyone else in the company treating people?
Bad first impression. I won’t give the recruiters name, but I will say she made a tough decision a lot easier by her tone of voice and the way she treated me.

Interview and getting hired was over the phone and it was great. They checked all my information and next day they offered me employment. Came in and did my driving test and i started orientation.they have dorms that you share with 2 more people but nice and clean. Free breakfast and lunch everyday while in orientation that takes a week.
