Three stages of recruitment: first a thorough interview on the phone with a HR specialist, then a face to face meeting with one of the managers, finally a phone interview with a manager abroad. The two phone interviews were well prepared and professional, the face to face one was very disappointing: the manager didn't have my CV in front of him, I also had the impression that he wasn't sure of my name.
