The recruitment process had 5 different phases, which made it look more like Hunger Games. After sending and online application (CV&cover letter), you have to take part in an online challenge, which is basically an anonymous business case where they want to see how you can work within a team either by providing new ideas or being constructive on others' ideas. You really have to be good at it and then you go to the 3rd phase which is a video interview, interviewing yourself. Although it was my first time doing this kind of interview and I was quite stressed the fact that I had 3 shots for each question helped me a lot so I had some time to prepare my answers. I had to reply to 4 questions if I'm not mistaken and they were nothing unpredictable. After this stage I had a phone interview, which was one of the worst experiences I had. I had another phone interview a few days before this one which went well cause the interviewer was more relaxed and made me willing to talk more, however the interviewer from CSC called me and in 12' asked me like 10 different questions, not seemed to be interested in my answers and was just replying with "ahmm" not asking anything more or being friendly, which kinda blocked me. I knew I had failed cause I felt really uncomfortable. So I did not make it to the final stage which was the interview with the hiring manager.
