Interview process is pretty lame and the interviewer doesn't know what they need. Few people are board on pretty knowledgable but technical skills are not thr only thing required for technical positions. There is no proper communication between HR, recruiter, and the account manager nor the technical guy who is on the panel. Dates were aggressive to join. They give offer today and expect to join next day.
