I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CSC (Washington, DC) in Nov 2008
Interview
Process started out with a phone screening from the recruiter. Then did an initial phone interview with a Partner. Finally was brought in for a 1/2 days worth of in-person interviews. Met with three principles all at the HQ in Fairview Park. Relatively painless, no case questions, mostly behavioral. It did take a few weeks to hear back from the recruiter and get invited for the in-person interviews. I don't know if that was situational or standard though
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions stood out. Most questions were behavioral. Received the standard, "what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses." "Tell me about a time you succeeded." "How do you see yourself fitting in with our practice?"
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CSC (Falls Church, VA)
Interview
Interview process was quite informal, but that's not usually the case. I was being hired by someone I'd worked with before. The other managers I talked to were friendly; no strange questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CSC
Interview
1. Phone screen with Recruiter
2. More formal interview with the same Recruiter
3. Interview with Sales Director for the product
4. Phone Interview with Practice Director
