I went through an executive recruiter, who handled the process of setting up the interview. The company was very responsive. I was asked for an in-person interview (no phone/pre-screening), where I was scheduled to meet with 2 individuals, one of whom was the hiring manager. The interview was not intense; rather, it felt more like a conversation/exchange between colleagues. I immensely enjoyed talking to the people I met with.
