Interview
Process includes written aptitude test which is very easy. than Group discussion / Extempore..which is again easy to crack for a person with average communication skills. Than they have a couple of rounds (around 2-3) of interview including HR and Technical. A basic subject know-how would be sufficient.

Interview was by phone and interviewer(s) as past experiences. Also the interview questions were very technical, brush of on your skills. Overall experience for the interview process was fair by phone.

Interview
The interview last about 1 hour, it took around 30 mins+ from the manager to introduce the company and its structure. Not too many discussion with technical perspective. Travel cost within Germany were fully covered, also the accommodation cost which is very helpful.

A phone interview and then in person. I made it past both rounds but never heard back from them. I had to email and ask and they told me they already filled the position. They basically led me on.
