HR contacts candidate by Phone. Upon confirmation of availability and interest of candidate first round of interview is setup. It is a technical round. A senior Analyst would conduct interview over phone call or face to face. IF candidate clears technical round , HR would setup Management round. In this round candiate would be interviewed by a Senior Manager or General manager level person. This round would be mix of technical as well as general.
If candidate clears Mgmt round. HR will negotiate for salary and location part.
Upon acceptence offer letter would be issue. and tantative date of joining would be given.

Interview
The interview last about 1 hour, it took around 30 mins+ from the manager to introduce the company and its structure. Not too many discussion with technical perspective. Travel cost within Germany were fully covered, also the accommodation cost which is very helpful.

Interview
A phone interview and then in person. I made it past both rounds but never heard back from them. I had to email and ask and they told me they already filled the position. They basically led me on.
