Einen Tag nach meiner Bewerbung wurde ich bereits zum Vorstellungsgespräch eingeladen, welches eine Woche nach meiner Bewerbung stattfand. Das Gespräch fand mit einem Bereichs- und Abteilungsleiter statt. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war im Allgemeinen positiv. Nach einer Vorstellungsrunde wurden Fragen zu meinem Lebenslauf gestellt und Informationen über das Unternehmen sowie mögliche Projekte mitgeteilt.
Am Ende des Interviews wurde ich verabschiedet, jedoch ohne Information über die weiteren Schritte zu erfahren.
Nach einigen Wochen kontaktierte mich ein weiterer Abteilungsleiter, der mich zu einem weiteren Gespräch einladen wollte. Auf meine Terminvorschläge wurde jedoch wochenlang nicht reagiert.
Nach wiederum mehreren Wochen ohne weiteres Feedback habe ich meine Bewerbung zurückgezogen.
Insgesamt waren der Bewerbungsprozess sowie das mangelnde und schleppende Feedback sehr enttäuschend. Auch auf die Erstattung meiner Reisekosten musste ich zwei Monate warten.
