Interview
First level interview had to sit for a written test for about 1 hour, then move to face to face session with team leaders. They want to know more about past projects, their challenges and how you overcome them. This session may last long than 30 minutes, depending on your sharing. In 2-3 days, if you pass this level, will get a call from HR to invite for another interview level with line manager and HR manager.
The written test consists of basic testing skills and some programming.
