I had two interviews with CSG. The first interview was with a recruiter. This was a pretty standard recruiter interview, the one part that was different was they told me the salary range of the position and asked if that would work for me. The range they gave me however was different (and lower) to the range that was in the advertised job post. My second interview was around 45-60 minutes on Zoom with the hiring manager. It started off being about my work experience, what the role is and then more situation questions. About a week after my second interview, I found out that I was not making it further in the hiring process.
