The interview process included a phone interview, a short 30 minute in person interview, followed by a final 1 hour interview. You meet with several superiors as well as a potential future colleague.
Easy interview, Situational questions but more of a personality test. If you were popular in High School, you will easily be offered a job. If you were not, you probably will not be a fit for them.
The strangest interview that I've ever had. Although the we are in a global pandemic, the requirement was to be in an office, although this was a role that could be remote along as one had Wifi, laptop and phone. The starting salary was very low without an wiggle room. Not for me.
