Interview
The interview process is very easy, most of these centers need bodies so they won't waste time with the "why do you want to work here?" type of questions. Additionally, they will give you a tour of the whole center.
Fast process nothing to crazy got the job emailed did all the paperwork and then I stared the next week. Easy but horrible work environment very hostile but if you need a job go for it
One-on-one interview with the location manager was super smooth. Simple questions about experience and availability. You can tell they are looking for responsible, reliable employees that will treat all donors with respect and kindness.
A set of situational scenarios, a lot of "tell me about a time" or "what would you do if?" Interview was over the phone as it was in the beginning of 2021.
