I applied for the position online, the HR team got back to me a few days later and sent me the test assignment. After sending back the completed test, I received the interview invitation. Interview was held via conference call, as I was out of the city and couldn't attend in person. I was asked reasonable questions, and got the job offer shortly after having the interview.

I applied online and was contacted for more writing samples. Eventually I came in for two rounds of interviews with the team managers and also the CEO. The interview was straight forward and they got back to me in a short time.
