Interview
A few phone interviews, which initially went well. I felt I built a good rapport with the interviewers, who asked wide-ranging questions and were pleasant. Unfortunately, the final interview was in-person with the CEO, who focused almost entirely (and negatively) on the fact that my tenures in my last few roles were relatively short. Quite apart from leaving me wondering what the point of arranging a mid-pandemic in-person interview was, if my resume was so clearly considered insufficient, I find this an outdated line of questioning in today's fast-moving economy. Additionally, there was a real lack of continuity between this final interview and the prior three: if feedback had been passed on, it was clearly disregarded. Finally, following this in-person interview, I was "ghosted" rather than receiving a "thanks but no thanks" from the company.
It seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing with these people. I don't recommend wasting your time applying here.

Question 1
Why are there so many job changes in your resume? No, why? No, really, why? You don't seem experienced enough for this position. There are a lot of job changes in your resume. Why?
There are three round interviews, and the total interview time is around 3 hours. After the interview, they didn't give any feedback. And I tried to contact HR but never get a reply.

Interview
Only made the first screening with HR. The reviews here seem to be right in terms of the CEO's preference for young white males as successful candidates. Within minutes and just one question in, I knew the interview was over. Very misleading of the HR person to discuss another position with me even though she would not be moving forward with my candidacy.
