I was contacted on LinkedIn regarding the opportunity available, and I was already familiar with CSpring through networking/connections. The interview process consisted of two meet and greets with different individuals, followed by two separate group interviews (one offsite, and one at their downtown location). I had one final meeting to go over specifics and expectations of the position before an offer was made. Overall, it was a smooth and transparent process. I could tell they were as excited to hire me as I was to become part of the company. They remained in contact with me throughout the entire process, which helped with my anticipation to hear back. Their process was diligent, as I could tell they were vetting me thoroughly. The interviews were not easy, but I was well prepared and did my research. The company was a good match for me from both a culture and people perspective.
