The interview series took place over a combination of phone and video interviews. I was contacted by a CSpring internal recruiter for a phone screen, then spoke with the Talent Acquisition Manager, and then finally a panel from the client site to which my consulting services through CSpring would be offered. The entire process, including a total of 4 touches, was conducted more quickly and efficiently than any job I have interviewed for to date.
