At first they send a link to page where I have to answer some questions, then capture a video and then convert PSD to html, for all these 90mins, of course it took longer. Then after 2 months they wrote that we go into next level and Skype interview. Skype interview has taken about 40 mins, questions were about why I want to work there and so. Also there was a questions about salary expectations. Then they said the will send test, and after a few days they sent the test, it was exact the same test as the first one, why? I don't know. I have sent the same PSD to html work I have already done. Then after a month, they sent an offer, it was a funny offer, 8-9 hours working and 4 times less than my required minimal salary, of course I have declined it, and wrote them about it, but no more answers anymore.
