I applied online. I interviewed at CT (California, MD)
Interview
It was okay, pretty standard. Did some skills test when applying, and then a half hour interview months after applying. I think the jobs are constantly open to get applicants then you might be emailed if there's an opening. From what I hear, the attrition rate is pretty high.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CT (Durban) in Jul 2024
Interview
The application process was pretty straightforward. You apply then get an email with the assessment instructions. The assessment is supposed to take 1 hour but it took me almost 3 hours to complete. There’s also a video portion of the assessment. They have a link where they give updates if your application but in the last 7 months, my application hasn’t even been reviewed. It’s sad and just unfair.
