If a person criticizes your work, how would you respond to them
I had one round of interview and had to fill a questionnaire thing. My interview was in August and I still have not received a reply back on whether I am rejected or not. The questionnaire thing was long, but easy to fill. My interviewer was super nice and talked to me about the company.

The process takes a long time. Biggest issue is that they are not good in communicating with the candidates about next process or even rejection. They will just tell you they will communicate in two weeks but they never do.
