Their recruiting process is done through a system called TestedRecruits. It's basically a Google Form where you answer a series of questions and for this particular role, they ask you to submit an Excel workbook and a video introduction answering more of their questions. However, they will never get back to you which is very disrespectful of candidates' time considering they asked for so much up front.
It looks like they just want to post the jobs online to get resumes, but are not really hiring. The process is to go through an assessment online and they determine if you get a first round of interview with HR. I was told the process would take about 4-6 weeks, but 3 months later, I have not heard back. This company seems extremely unprofessional with their interview process.
