I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CT (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Easy interview process. Easy online testing. In addition to basic questions, they hand you a PSD file that you must complete within an hour in HTML. They also ask about salary requirements. They make it clear that this is a deciding factor to their decision making process. I came to realize that they want high quality candidates at rock bottom prices. Which is why they have so many workers from India and the Philippinnes. If you get rejected it was probably because your salary expectations were too high, or that you failed the technical portion of the test.

Applied online then got an email asking me to take an online skills test which I did. Then I had an in person interview. First hour had to create a web page from a PSD design, required responsive, allow to use any IDE, use any technologies or platform as your want, and be able to brows any websites, just cannot contact anybody. Then interviewed with technical architecture. Asked detailed working experience and what technologies were used. All very friendly, very nice.
