Interview
It was 3 total interviews, the final interview they actually were interviewing me for a different role, never told me and no one knew that that was the case. The woman who interviewed me was only working there for 2 days, and seemed so confused.
Very lengthy writing process that required a lot of different writing samples. It made sense though, it's a contract position and their priority is seeing how well you do writing different content in a timely manner.
