Interview
OMG I am such an idiot. I should never have completed their dumb skills test. This company is a saltmine from the looks of it, and whomever is answering/responding to their reviews is a Class A JERK and someone I wouldn't even want to be in the same room with. You tell me all I need to know about your corporate culture right there. And the cynical ideology of "profiles are easily and often faked." is asinine.
I'll tell you what, get on Zoom with me (which you should have done vs. blindly asking for my time) and I will open my source files for you and we can then see who's telling the truth. And the worst part of it all is your book is middling at best! There's nothing great here. Also gun industry work? Double no thanks.

Interview
did the questionnaire, assessment test, and video. pretty straightforward process and just waiting to hear back for an interview. the questionnaire had 10 questions, the skill test was a case study, and the video is 3 mins long introducing yourself.
Pleasant and professional, my interviewer was able to answer all my questions and there was no issues with them interpreting my accent. The questions seem standard and non personal but overall a good experience
